Identity V New Moon Feast Halloween Event! Free Puppeteer A-Tier Outfit, Opens October 22

Identity V’s Halloween event, “New Moon Feast,” begins on October 22.

Identity V’s Halloween events are well known for giving away high-quality Epic skins. This year, the Puppeteer receives “Dark Night Gourmand,” whose dark gothic design looks very promising based on the promotional artwork.

Event Timeline—Two Weeks of Preview and Main Activities

The event has two stages. After maintenance on October 15, the preview phase will bring back previous Halloween costumes, accessories, emotes, furniture, and other limited items. These returning items usually require Echoes or fragments and are not free.

After maintenance on October 22, the main event will begin. Free costumes, story content, and new shop items will become available at the same time. The main event ends on November 4. In short, the preview phase is for purchasing returning items, while the main phase is for completing tasks and claiming free rewards.

Free Rewards—Puppeteer Epic Skin and Fool’s Gold Unique Skin

The main free rewards are two costumes: the Puppeteer’s Epic skin “Dark Night Gourmand” and Fool’s Gold’s Unique skin “Night Cooking.” Both can be obtained for free through the event without spending Echoes.

The event also includes a Unique accessory, furniture, emotes, and other rewards. Free costumes normally require players to complete event tasks, so simply logging in may not be enough.

Toy Merchant Limited-Time Bundle—S-Tier Costume “Twilight Sweet Talk”

After maintenance on October 22, the shop will release a limited-time Toy Merchant bundle containing the S-Tier costume “Twilight Sweet Talk” and the A-Tier accessory “Frost Sugar Ghost.” The bundle leaves the shop on November 4 and is usually more economical than purchasing both items separately.

Returning Limited Items—Only Three Weeks to Catch Up

From October 15, previous Halloween avatars, avatar frames, accessories, and themed furniture will return. Prioritize items with strong exclusivity, low rerun frequency, and those connected to characters you play often.

Event Currency and Exchange Strategy

Players can earn event currency from story activities and daily tasks, then exchange it for furniture, emotes, and actions. Free costumes are generally claimed by completing specific tasks and do not consume event currency. If your currency is limited, prioritize exclusive furniture, followed by actions and emotes.

KARDZ Recommended Top-Up Guide

Kardz supports direct top-ups through your game UID, so you do not need to share your account password. Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and 24/7 customer support are also available. If you plan to purchase both the Toy Merchant bundle and returning items, prepare your Echo budget in advance.

Event Planning Suggestions—Three Budget Tiers

Free-to-play: Complete daily tasks and claim all free costumes, accessories, and furniture.

Light spender: Consider purchasing the Toy Merchant “Twilight Sweet Talk” bundle after claiming the free rewards.

Returning-item collector: Check the rerun list from October 15 and prioritize limited items for your most-used characters.

Check the returning-item list first, complete the free missions after October 22, and then decide whether to purchase the bundle or rerun items according to your budget.

See you at the New Moon Feast on October 22.
