Wuthering Waves Suisui Team Comp Tier List – From S-Tier to Bottom

Suisui has already been in the Wuthering Waves 3.5 second-half banner for a while now! A lot of players are still debating whether to pull her, or how to build a team after getting her - no rush. Here's the Suisui team guide.
Before we start, let's sum up Suisui's value: she is the dedicated must-have support for effect teams, and her kit is complete at C0, so she is not the kind of character that needs extra dupes to work.
Whether your team benefits from effect stacks determines whether Suisui is god-tier or just a normal healer. Below, we'll rank the mainstream teams from top to bottom.
Suisui Skill and Mechanic Breakdown
Suisui is a 5-star Glacio attribute Resonator wielding an Instrument, designed as a dedicated support for effect teams. Her kit revolves around the core keyword status effects.
Core support mechanics:
Team healing: both the Transforming Skill and the Ultimate provide healing to keep the whole team healthy
50% ATK bonus: Outro Skill grants the next character to enter the field a huge ATK bonus (C0 limited to Xuanling / Feixue)
25% All DMG bonus: team-wide damage amplification in a separate multiplier bucket
Effect stack cap +3: increases the maximum stack limit for all status effects by 3
Anti-interruption + grouping: improves combat comfort and makes a clear difference in real fights
Core team-building rule: Suisui's damage buffs mainly serve characters who can consume status-effect stacks, such as Yangyang · Xuanling and Feixue, as well as any comp that relies on stacking status effects, like Frostfall, Burst, and Electro-Magnetic. She is not suited to pure direct-damage teams, such as Fusion or Spectro non-effect main DPS units.
Minimum Energy Recharge target: 260%, otherwise your burst loop will feel clunky and her buff value will drop.
Recommended Teams and Rankings (Top to Bottom)

[Top] Best-in-slot Virtue team - Yangyang · Xuanling + Qianxia + Suisui
The ceiling of Virtue-system damage, and the fastest Abyss clear option.
Qianxia is the only character who can raise the Virtue stack cap to 6, and Yangyang · Xuanling's damage output fully depends on this mechanic. Suisui provides a 50% ATK Outro bonus + 25% All DMG bonus, while also adding 6% DEF ignore + 12% Annihilation RES ignore. Together, the three form a perfect loop of apply stacks -> buff -> burst, easily breaking 100k DPS with a 0+1 setup.
★ Key reminder: at C0, Yangyang · Xuanling must be paired with Qianxia. Suisui does not increase the Virtue stack cap and cannot replace Qianxia's role. For players who already own Xuanling and Qianxia, this is the version answer!
[Tier S] Best-in-slot Frostfall team - Feixue + Luosela + Suisui
A high-damage Frostfall rotation that is easy to play and a blessing for players with slower hands. Luosela stays on field for 5-6 seconds and fully benefits from Suisui's 50% ATK Outro bonus while applying Frostfall and shredding Ice RES. Suisui can also help build Frostfall stacks, provide healing, grouping, and anti-interruption, fixing Luosela's fragility on field. The rotation is about 25 seconds long, and DPS can reach 100k+, enough to clear the top tower with all 0+1 builds.
Compared with the Qianxia team: Suisui feels much more comfortable than Qianxia - Qianxia has a long setup and needs tight alignment, while Suisui just frees up your hands.
[Above the rest] Generic effect team - effect main DPS + effect sub-DPS + Suisui
The best universal third slot for effect teams. Suisui can give every effect comp +3 stack cap, healing, and All DMG bonus. For players who do not have Qianxia or Luosela, she is the best third-slot replacement for effect teams.
Recommended lineups include: Aimis Burst team (Aimis + Daniya + Suisui, with C1 Suisui needed to fully benefit from the 50% ATK bonus), Zanni Spectro team, and Xinyuehu Electro-Magnetic team.
★ Note: only C1 Suisui lets the ATK bonus apply to all status-effect main DPS units. At C0, this bonus is limited to Xuanling and Feixue.
[NPC] F2P transition team - Xuanling + Motfei + Suisui
Use it as a transition option, but don't expect too much. A C0 Xuanling without Qianxia stacks absurdly slowly, so we do not recommend forcing this lineup; C3 Xuanling can generate stacks on her own, but her damage still falls short. Suisui can also be used as a pure universal healer - Suisui + any main DPS + any sub-DPS gives you healing and a floor of All DMG bonus, but cannot bring out the ceiling of effect comps.
★ Avoid this pitfall: do not use Suisui to replace Qianxia. Virtue is the only effect system where Suisui cannot补 stack cap, and Xuanling teams must keep Qianxia!
[Low] Pure direct-damage main DPS + Suisui
Very low value, not recommended!
Pure Fusion direct-damage teams (Changli / Lupa) do not rely on effect stacks. Suisui's ATK bonus only partially applies and the overall value is lower than Shorekeeper's. Pure Spectro direct-damage teams have the same issue. The Cartethyia team needs special attention - Cartethyia scales with HP, not ATK, so Suisui's ATK bonus is completely wasted and the value for money is extremely poor.
Alternative suggestions: for non-effect teams, prioritize Shorekeeper (universal All DMG support) or Verina (universal healer), both give better returns~
Build Notes That Matter Most
● 1 Energy Recharge benchmark: 260%, otherwise the burst loop feels clunky and buff value drops;
● C0 complete kit: 1-3 dupes improve comfort, and C2's team-wide +50% Crit DMG is a major power spike;
● Signature weapon: provides 77% Energy Recharge and greatly reduces Echo pressure; F2P options are "Fantasia Variation" or "Abyssal Echo";
● Echo set: 5-piece Song of the Falling Feathers, main stats Healing Bonus / HP% + Energy Recharge x2;
Key Takeaway

Suisui is a must-have support for effect teams, and all of her core functions are already online at C0.
If you play the Yangyang · Xuanling Virtue team or the Feixue Frostfall team: must pull
If you play other effect teams (Burst / Electro-Magnetic / Spectro): recommended pull (C1 is better)
If you only play pure direct-damage non-effect teams: you can skip
How to Get More Resources, Kardz Top Up Recommendation
Suisui is the final piece of the effect-team puzzle, but your pull resources need to keep up.
If you play on the global server, you can check out Kardz's Wuthering Waves top up service. Kardz supports direct Lunite top up and uses UID-based top up, so you do not need to share your account password. Prices are lower than the official channel, and funds arrive within 15-30 minutes.
Before placing an order, confirm your server and choose direct top up mode. Keep enough resources on hand - after Suisui, the brand-new 3.6 version is also arriving in August, so don't get caught scrambling then!
Suisui is not the kind of character you will regret pulling, but she is definitely team-dependent. Before investing, ask yourself one thing: does your main DPS consume effect stacks? If yes, she is the version answer. If not, she is just a normal healer.
The 3.5 second-half banner is still live. Wishing everyone no off-banner pulls and double 5-stars in every ten-pull.
