One of the key highlights of the supernatural open-world ARPG Neverness to Everness (NTE) is its vehicle system. In this game, players can purchase and drive a variety of sports cars and motorcycles, standing out like fireflies on the city streets at night. But the vehicles you can enjoy in NTE are far more than just that. If you want, even a wheelchair, go-kart, forklift, or cement mixer can become your trusty companion in the city. This article will quickly walk you through how to obtain all the special vehicles in version 1.0 of NTE, so you can race through Heltro City in your own unique way.

【Wheelchair - Towards Tomorrow!】

Speaking of wheelchairs, beyond being an invention that benefits the world, many people have probably imagined themselves speeding around in one. "Rush Towards Tomorrow!" is the realization of that imagination.

Simply accumulate 30,000 Claw Claw Coins through the "Pink Claw Heist" event, and you can find Little Squeak at the Pink Claw Headquarters to exchange for this vehicle. Although "Rush Towards Tomorrow!" is limited in top speed due to its human-powered (?) nature, the official description includes some hints that might be foreshadowing future updates. As a purely fun vehicle, it's still very worth exchanging for.

【K01 Go-Kart】

I believe many veteran online game players have fond memories of karts that shoot flames after drifting. If you still have a go-kart dream in your heart, the K01 is definitely your best choice for weaving through alleyways. The K01 looks almost identical to a real-life go-kart. The key feature is that you can press a special button while driving to activate nitro boost. Aside from slowly recharging through normal driving, drifting is the fastest way to build up nitro, and the charge amount is displayed under the speedometer.

Currently, the only way to obtain the K01 is through the in-game store. Players can spend money to "purchase" the "Sonic Dash Gift Box" to unlock the vehicle; this gift box also comes with four additional skins for players to choose from.

【Forklift】

Although it's a forklift, it currently has no lifting function. Maybe that's for everyone's road safety!

You can drive it in the southwestern outskirts of Miguel District. The specific location is to the left of Santoris Avenue, and also above Lake Suiryo on the map. The forklift mainly uses its rear wheels for steering, making it quite difficult to handle. It's easy to oversteer or turn in the wrong direction. It is recommended that experienced drivers give it a try.

Since it's a functional construction vehicle, don't get your hopes too high regarding its speed. Its normal top speed is only 30 km/h, and even on slightly sloped roads, this forklift basically can't make it up. If you want to try driving it yourself, make sure to test it only on flat, slope-free roads. Otherwise, it might easily slide backward!

【Cement Mixer & Dump Truck】

The pride of the construction crew and the kings of the road. You can scroll the map all the way to the right, and roughly in the middle area you'll find the cement mixer and the large dump truck. You can navigate to the Overpass Construction Site in the eastern part of Miguel District.

Truck fans can come and give it a try, but a word of caution for those who crave speed: don't make a wasted trip, because the starting speed of these two vehicles is really slow! The fastest flat-ground speed is about 90 km/h. If you encounter sloping roads, the top speed drops to around 85-89 km/h. Of course, the trucks aren't without their merits—at least their drifting is incredibly smooth.

Aside from the visual differences between the cement mixer and the dump truck, everything else—top speed, handling, starting speed, and so on—is basically the same as the big guys mentioned earlier. Also, neither allows you to switch camera angles; you can only drive them in third-person view the entire time.

【Food Trucks - Ice Cream Truck & Hot Dog Truck】

Located on the pedestrian street next to Chino Avenue and Mecano Avenue, across from the cinema.

The ice cream truck has an average starting speed. Just hop in and drive. You can switch to first-person view, and once switched, the view inside the cabin is very open. The overall experience is quite good. The ice cream truck's top speed on flat ground reaches 98 km/h—not particularly fast. Given its boxy truck body, you'll need to get used to the drifting feel around corners; otherwise, taking turns too fast can make it feel unstable. Overall rating is around 60-70 out of 100. One thing to note: the ice cream truck's side windows count toward the vehicle's actual width. Be careful to avoid other vehicles on the road; otherwise, collisions can easily lead to rollovers.

The hot dog truck can also be found on the same pedestrian street, specifically located by the bank on the right side of Chino Avenue. The handling feels very similar to the ice cream truck. Just like before, be mindful of the food serving window on the side of the vehicle—it's also prone to rollovers after collisions. Please remember to prioritize "driving safety"!

【Bus】

The legend of Heltro City's fastest bus is about to descend. Just head to the driving school in the eastern part of Miguel District, and you'll find two buses. But remember, you can only get into the driver's seat by boarding through the passenger door. Trying to find a door on the driver's side won't let you in.

111.jpg

The location is at the driving practice yard in the upper-right corner of the map. Once inside, you can only drive in third-person view. Although the starting speed is a bit faster than the construction trucks, it's still considered a slow-start type. Some quick-handed players have tested it—probably because the bus is quite long, the drifting feel is practically non-existent. Even skilled drivers wouldn't know where to begin.

Top speed on flat ground is around 78 km/h, and cornering sensitivity is also quite poor. However, NTE has faithfully recreated the bus's passenger-carrying function, allowing teammates or other players on the road to hop on and ride together.

Aside from the wheelchair and the K01 go-kart, the other special vehicles mentioned in this article aren't limited to just the locations we covered. Players can also keep an eye out while exploring the city. We believe Neverness to Everness (NTE) will continue to add many more cool and fun vehicles in future updates.
